2026 Memorial Day closings

   Memorial Day falls on Monday, May 25, this year.  Local closures include city, Federal, and county offices.  Federal closures are the U.S. Postal Service and all banking institutions.
The Harvest House/Church of Christ Food Pantry Grand Opening was held Friday, May 15.    A total of 72 students will graduate from Tidehaven High School starting at 8 p.m. Friday, May 15, at Delvin Taska Memorial Stadium.  Valedictorian Jaxon Talbert and Salutatorian Macie Gardner will be recognized and give speeches addressing their fellow classmates and audience members.
