   After a brief closed session, Bay City ISD trustees unanimously approved removing the Texas Historic Landmark designation for the original Linnie Roberts Elementary (OLRE) campus during their meeting last week.

   STP’s Unit 2 began its 23rd scheduled refueling and maintenance outage on Friday, March 22, when the unit was safely taken offline to conduct work.

   Commissioners unanimously approved an extension of the Matagorda County Declaration of Disaster for Shrimp Dumping during their regular meeting Monday morning.  All commissioners were present for the meeting.  The declaration is extended from March 25 to end on May 6.
