   A contingent from the northern European country of Estonia was here last week to tour STP.    The group included government officials and others from a country interested in energy solutions.    Estonia borders the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Finland and includes 1,500 islands. It also borders Russia.

   The deadline for the Rice Festival Queen’s Pageant entries will be Wednesday, Sept. 27.    The application information can be found in the 2023 Pageant Organization Packet on the Lions Club website at www.baycitylionsclub.com under the Rice Festival tab.
