   As your new graduate prepares to step into the next chapter of life - whether that’s more education or starting a career - one of the best things you can do is help them understand how to use credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards wisely.

June   We know summer is heating up around here in South Texas and so are our energy bills.   In June, focus on strategies that increase comfort while reducing A/C runtime.   Start with small, targeted moves, like shading, fans, energy efficient windows, and a programmable thermostat.

As Long as You Resist

   There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes not from doing too much, but from fighting too hard.  Fighting circumstances. Fighting feelings. Fighting the version of life that showed up instead of the one we ordered.  We grip the plan. We brace against the outcome.
