Van Vleck will be at home again Thursday for a scrimmage with cross-county opponent Palacios. Head Coach Shannon Permenter discussed the Aug. 21 scrimmage with Palacios and last Friday’s scrimmage with Weimar. “Scrimmage went well,” Permenter said of the Weimar scrimmage.

Aquacat swimmers make top ten standings

Aquacats competed at the C.C.A.A. Champs meet on Saturday, June 28 at the Lamar ISD Natatorium against all 10 teams in the region. Walker Griffith swept all 3 of his individual events coming in 1st place. Catherine Powers placed 3rd in two events and 4th in 25 backstroke.
