   Bay City competed in Region IV District 26 Cross Country meet last week and here are our results.     We have both Varsity boys and Varsity girls teams who have qualified for Regionals along with two team District Champ plaques and three District Champ medalists (HS, JH).

   Van Vleck – The Van Vleck Leopards will look over film on their game against the Boling Bulldogs and count the opportunities lost on the field as Boling scored the only touchdown of the second half to come back and beat the Leopards 14-13.

   Tidehaven won a gritty game against East Bernard 15-7, with a tough defense and enough offensive firepower to win at home last Friday night.    The win did break the Tigers’ streak of four straight shutouts to start the season.

   Danbury – The Van Vleck Leopards scored all night both on the ground and in the air in a convincing 61-6 win over the Danbury Panthers last Friday night.     With the win, Van Vleck moves to 2-0 in District play with a big battle against the Boling Bulldogs looming this Friday night in Van Vleck.
