   Community Actors of South Texas (CAST) recently held their annual season premiere at their theater last week.    The premiere also serves as the acting troupe’s push for patronage and other sponsorships from individuals or companies.

   Precinct 4 Commissioner Bubba Frick said a road use agreement approved Monday, Dec. 4, addresses damage to county roads by heavy trucks.      The court approved a road use and road repair agreement with Eldora Energy, which intends to use County Road 411 – Buckeye – El Maton Road.
