   This year’s deadline for Matagorda County Economic Development Corporation’s annual George Holst and Tiger Lane awards is 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16.     Both awards will be presented to their respective recipients at the MCEDC Annual Meeting and Banquet Wednesday, Dec. 13.

Walmart employees with over 30 years in the company were on hand to help cut the ribbon align with store and city officials.
