   This year’s deadline for Matagorda County Economic Development Corporation’s annual George Holst and Tiger Lane awards is 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16.     Both awards will be presented to their respective recipients at the MCEDC Annual Meeting and Banquet Wednesday, Dec. 13.
