Bay City ISD photo A celebratory first day of the UIL One Act Play process occurred recently, as students gathered for a full script reading. For the next two weeks students will engage in “Table Work”; intensive research, script and character analysis while they continue the audition process. Special shout out to our One Act Play Mamas who understand the assignment and are preparing for the season. Attendees walked roughly five blocks to the Hilliard High Alumni Building while holding a variety of posters and photographs depicting King. Elected officials present included Matagorda County Judge Bobby Seiferman, Bay City Mayor Robert Nelson, and Councilman Ben Flores.
