Labor Day celebrations and closures fall on Sept. 7

   All federal, county, and city offices will be closed for Labor Day and reopen at regular business hours Tuesday, Sept.8.  The U.S. Postal Service and banking institutions will also be closed Monday.  Bay City, Van Vleck, and Tidehaven ISDs all will be closed in observance of the holiday.
