BayCity ISD trustees unanimously authorized BCISD Superintendent Dr. Marshall Scott, III to pursue bid proposals for demolishing the old Memorial Stadium stands, press box, and visitor field house during its regular monthly meeting Monday, April 4.     All board members were present for the meeting.

Matagorda County plans to stiffen its response to public nuisances and violations, including the prosecution of those cases as criminal, instead of civic matters.     At Commissioners Court meeting Monday, there was more discussion about nuisances and violations – a common thread at county meetings.
