   Commissioners Court approved the Sargent “Historic Stretch” Beach Nourishment project submitted by the Corps of Engineers at the court’s regular meeting Monday, Sept. 27.

   Water is leaking into the Schulman’s entertainment center and the Bay City Community Development Corporation board is looking at estimates to fix the problem.    BCCDC Executive Director Jessica Russell said the water entered the rear of the building that’s owned by BCCDC.
