   TIRZ #1 (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone) board unanimously approved a reimbursement of city funds up to $21,500 for a topographical study for the “North Downtown” project area at its meeting last Thursday.  City Engineering Technician Gabriel Lopez presented the request for board authorization.

   Bay City ISD trustees unanimously approved a resolution adopting a $1.00069 tax rate at their meeting last week.  Board member Priscilla Robinson was the only absent trustee.  BCISD Chief Financial Officer Vince Gomez read the resolution during a public hearing on the proposed tax rate.

   Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution in support of a feasibility study for a possible future truck route that directs heavy trucks around Bay City at their Monday meeting.  All commissioners were present for the meeting.
