City launches ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’

   The City of Bay City launched a “Customer Satisfaction Survey” online last week.  “Have you interacted with the City of Bay City recently?” reads the City’s June 29 Facebook post.  “Please take a minute and let us know about your experience.
