Bay City ISD announced Monday, July 7, that Richard Halle III has been hired as the new Assistant Superintendent.  According to the district, Halle brings a rich and inspiring background to their leadership team.   Halle, 47, comes to Bay City ISD from the Northside ISD in San Antonio.
