   Tidehaven secured its third straight district championship and its 19th consecutive district win by defeating East Bernard 29-28 there Friday night, Nov. 7.  Head Coach David Lucio said Tidehaven (8-2, 6-0) will play Thrall (6-4, 1-3) in the first-round, bi-district matchup in Flatonia at 7 p.m.

Tidehaven 7th graders win over E. Bernard

   The Tigers wrapped up the season with a 36-8 win over the previously undefeated East Bernard Brahmas to wrap up the district title last week.    Scoring TDs for the Tigers: DJ Foster 20-yard- run, RJ Galvan 2 TD runs 2, 3, Pete Garcia 3 yard- run and Zayade Villarreal with a 60-yard TD run.

   Bay City Blackcats steam-rolled the offensively challenged Beeville Trojans 50-6 there Friday night, Nov. 1.  The Blackcats (4-0, 8-1) had 442 total yards – 237 yards rushing and 205 yards passing – to Beeville’s offensive output of 208 yards, with 55 yards passing and 153 yards rushing.

"Tidehaven 7th graders defeat Boling"

   The Tigers hosted Boling last night and won by the score of 30-0.    Scoring touchdowns: DJ Foster 2 (15 yd run, 8 yd  catch from QB Jericho Talbert), Trey Speight 35 yd td catch from Talbert, RJ Galvan 5 yd td run.
