   The Bay City Junior High Panthers recently traveled to Corpus Christi for their CCISD Invitational. All distances in yards.    Our 7th graders finished in a tie for 3rd place out of 9 schools and our 8th grade squad placed 4th out of 12 schools. Complete scores below,” said Swim Coach Bob Button.

   The Tigers hosted Yoakum on Tuesday and won 3-1.   TJ Galvan got the win on the mound, going 5 innings giving up one unearned run on one hit, eight strikeouts and two walks.  Ritchie ZGarcia got the save, pitching two scoreless innings of relief, striking out three.
