BCISD photo Bay City High School hosted its Scholar Breakfast last week, recognizing the hard work and dedication of some of BCHS outstanding students. The Scholar Breakfast celebrates students who have demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence. To qualify, students must have completed three years of a foreign language and four AP or dual credit courses.
