   Bay City Library and Cultural Arts Manager Amanda Garcia presented an update on the upcoming 7th Annual Dia de los Muertos Festival (DOD) to the Tourism Advisory Council on Monday afternoon.  This year’s festival is slated for Friday, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1.

   AUSTIN – Teal hunting season kicks off Sept. 20 and for the first time in nearly 20 years, Texas waterfowl hunters face a shortened early season.  The Waterfowl Breeding Population and Habitat Survey conducted by the U.S.
