   Countywide stakeholders attended the Lower Colorado-Lavaca (Region 10) Regional Flood Planning Group “Open House Meeting” last week.   The event stressed the following topics:    Identifying flood mitigation activities to include in the plan and be eligible for future funding.

   An Avenue F drag racing incident ended in the arrest of four people Monday, Sept. 8, Bay City police said.   Sergeant Jerome Estrada observed a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro and a 2021 Dodge Challenger racing in the 3500 block of Ave. F, just after midnight Sept. 8.
