   Matagorda County Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Estlinbaum has graduated as a member of Class XI of the prestigious Commissioners Court Leadership Academy, a two-year professional development program sponsored by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service’s V.G. Young Institute of County Government.
