   The 12th Annual Great Steak Cook-Off will net $100,000 after all expenses are accounted for, said Janet Peden, president of the Boys & Girls Club of Bay City and Matagorda County.     “We predict we will net $100,000 for the first time ever,” Peden said Monday, March 28.

   Bay City cardiologist Dr. George Hanna and Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Chris Riddle criticized Matagorda Regional Medical Center (MRMC) leadership for conditions leading to multiple nurse departures.
