   Bay City had a difficult time getting on track against the Sealy Tigers Friday night, losing 35-7 in a non-district matchup there.  Despite a good rushing game from junior Keimarion Wiggins, who had 11 carries for 106 yards, the Blackcats had 265 total yards of offense to Sealy’s 380 yards.

Tiger Junior High Football

   The Tidehaven Junior High Tigers hosted Ganado last week and won 22-12.   Scoring for the Tigers were: n Zayde Villarreal, 6 yd td, catch from quarterback Jericho Talbert.    DJ Foster 42 yard td catch from Talbert.    Foster 30 yard td run.

The Tidehaven Tigers emerged 4-0 after beating Ganado 38-12 in a non-district tilt last Friday, Sept. 19.Tidehaven (4-0) rolled up 456 total yards of offense, dominated by 328 yards in the air.By contrast, Ganado had 227 yards of offense, as the Tigers limited the Indians ground game to 57 yards.

8th grade Tiger football

   The 8th grade Tiger football team started the year with a 42-8 win over Hallettsville.    Leading the offense was QB Jericho Talbert and RB RJ Galvan.  Scoring for the Tigers:  RJ Galvan 2 Td runs 88,14 and also an 80-yard kickoff return touchdown.

"Tigers’ balanced attack smothers Goliad 38-7" by: Mike Reddell

A   Tidehaven passed for 153 yards and rushed for 148 yards to lead the Tigers in walloping Hallettsville 35-7 in Friday’s homecoming game.    Senior quarterback Kale Russell passed for 153 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for a 14-yard score.
