"City nixes AEP rate hike request" by: Mike Reddell

   City Council voted to deny an AEP rate increase proposal last week and to join Cities Served by AEP (Cities) to determine further moves to pursue.    AEP wants a $1.28 increase to the average residential customer’s bill in seeking $27.56 million increase in distribution revenues.
